Where are you located and where do you ship?

We are US owned and operated with our main headquarters located in Phoenix, Arizona. We ship orders anywhere within the continental US from our distributed network of warehouses operated by our logistics partners in California.

How much is shipping?

When will my products arrive?

Within 1-2 weeks if you order today. Once your order leaves the warehouse, depending on where you're located, transit time will take between 3-7 business days.

What happens after I place my order?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from us with your confirmation details. Please keep this email for your records. After we receive your order we will begin preparing your order for shipment. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. For larger items you will receive a phone call from the delivery team to schedule your delivery appointment. You must be home to accept and sign for the delivery during your appointment as scheduled.

Do you offer installation?

Installing our products may require specialized skills or additional tools, which are not supplied by Aureus Solar. Having the correct tools is crucial-not only for convenience but also for the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your solar setup.

Multimeter
Use: Measures voltage, current, and resistance, making it indispensable for troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Recommended features: DC/AC measurement, continuity testing, auto-ranging, and a clamp function for measuring current without disconnecting wires.
MC4 Crimping Tool and MC4 Connectors
Use: Necessary for attaching and maintaining MC4 connectors, which are the standard for solar panel wiring.
Note: A quality crimping tool ensures secure, weatherproof connections.
Cable Ties and Cable Management Accessories

Do you provide financing?

What is the warranty period for my purchase?

All Aureus Solar customers receive full manufacturer warranty coverage, as Aureus Solar is an authorized distributor for every brand offered on our website. This means you are entitled to the complete manufacturer warranty for each product purchased through us.

Please note that certain manufacturers may require customers to pay for return shipping on warranty claims made after the initial 30-day period. If you encounter any product issues, our team is available to assist you in coordinating directly with the manufacturer. For detailed warranty terms, always consult the product manual or the manufacturer’s warranty documentation included with your purchase.
