We are US owned and operated with our main headquarters located in Phoenix, Arizona. We ship orders anywhere within the continental US from our distributed network of warehouses operated by our logistics partners in California.

Having the correct tools is crucial-not only for convenience but also for the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your solar setup.

  • Multimeter
    Use: Measures voltage, current, and resistance, making it indispensable for troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
    Recommended features: DC/AC measurement, continuity testing, auto-ranging, and a clamp function for measuring current without disconnecting wires.
  • MC4 Crimping Tool and MC4 Connectors
    Use: Necessary for attaching and maintaining MC4 connectors, which are the standard for solar panel wiring.
    Note: A quality crimping tool ensures secure, weatherproof connections.
  • Cable Ties and Cable Management Accessories
    Use: Keep wiring neat, organized, and protected from wear, reducing the risk of electrical issues over time.

Please note that Aureus Solar does not supply or reimburse for these tools. However, having them on hand can greatly assist with troubleshooting and maintaining your system, helping to ensure both safety and optimal performance.

What is the warranty period for my purchase? Plus

All Aureus Solar customers receive full manufacturer warranty coverage, as Aureus Solar is an authorized distributor for every brand offered on our website. This means you are entitled to the complete manufacturer warranty for each product purchased through us.

Please note that certain manufacturers may require customers to pay for return shipping on warranty claims made after the initial 30-day period. If you encounter any product issues, our team is available to assist you in coordinating directly with the manufacturer. For detailed warranty terms, always consult the product manual or the manufacturer’s warranty documentation included with your purchase.

Warranty Duration:
Warranty periods vary depending on the manufacturer and specific item. For most solar panels, product warranties typically cover 10–25 years, with performance warranties often guaranteeing at least 80% of original output by the end of the term. Inverter, battery, and accessory warranties may differ, so refer to the included documentation for exact timelines.

If you need to file a warranty claim, you may contact the manufacturer directly or submit a support request through Aureus Solar by sending an email to support@aureussolar.com. Please be aware that submitting a support request does not guarantee immediate approval of a replacement or repair. Our technical support team will review your request and may request additional information to help troubleshoot or document the issue, as required by the manufacturer.

To process a warranty claim efficiently, please be prepared to provide the following details:

Coverage Outside the Lower 48 States:
Manufacturer warranties generally apply only within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If you require warranty service outside this area, you will need to send the product to the mainland at your own expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from the manufacturer for warranty, repair, or replacement services. Using freight services is recommended for transporting items from your location to the manufacturer.
