    1. Can I connect 2 panels in series to make 48 volts and connect to my 60 amp charge controller?

        It's ok to have 2 panels in a series to make 48V, 60amps controller is oversized, and it's a waste of resources, 20 amps are ok.

    2. What do I need to run 5 panels?

        You need to buy a solar controller, battery, inverter, solar panel cable, solar panel connector, and tray cable, thanks.

    3. Is the 200-watt single panel 24 volts or 12 volts?

        It is a 24V panel.
